Officially Rated ‘Excellent’

Did you know that over 98% of shoppers consider reviews to be ‘an essential resource’ when making purchase decisions? This is from a survey conducted in 2021, which was already an increase from 89% in 2018.

While we won’t speculate on whether reviews are now a key factor in 100% (or thereabouts) of people’s decision-making, there’s no denying that scores and star ratings have become the most important factor in the online shopping journey.

Here at T&K Home Improvements, we’ve recently celebrated our 45th anniversary – that’s 45 years of happy homeowners across Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. When we started out, word-of-mouth recommendations were the only way for any business to grow. Now, around 50% of consumers trust reviews as much as personal recommendations from friends and family (which are still hugely important to us and everyone).

As such, we’d like to use this opportunity to thank everyone who has taken the time to leave us a positive review on Facebook, Google, Trustpilot – and even recommending us to family and friends! Just like it means a lot for potential customers to see our 5-star ratings, it really does mean just as much to our hard-working team as well.
